Sports for the over 50’s
Whether it’s following you favourite sport or taking part this is often a time when people get more enjoyment as the pressure to succeed is not so evident. Your too old to win Wimbledon but sport for pleasure can improve the mind as well as the body and should be fun.
It doesn’t have to be too athletic either. There are many sports like walking football starting up. Or you could be a senior fell runner in the Lake District. The level is up to you.
