Fitness for the over 50’s

Keeping active is essential after 50 not only to keep the body moving but also to keep the mind running smoothly. It doesn’t always mean running a marathon (in fact that can sometimes cause more damage than help) but it does mean enjoying a more active life doing the things you enjoy.
